Even in the winter, when sweat is turning to ice, it is important to remember to keep hydrated. I personally can not stand the cold, and I love to reward myself for not moving to Florida by making cups of tea. Here are my top 5 favorite flavors and brands to try this season! Most of these flavors can be found at local grocery stores for less than $5. If you have any other flavors that you enjoy, feel free to leave a comment below.

TAZO: Passion Tea

"Tart rose hips and citrusy lemongrass woo the voluptuous blooms of hibiscus flowers. An infusion that's bursting with life and tinged with the color of true love to make sure you never have to live a day without passion."

YOGI TEA: Sweet Tangerine- Positive Energy

"Smile with Sweet Tangerine Positive Energy. Sweet Tangerine Positive Energy tea combines herbs traditionally used to uplift the spirit and a blend of Assam Black Tea and Yerba Maté to help provide energy.* Lotus Flower and Tangerine flavors add sweet, floral and fruity notes for a bright and spirited tea that’s sure to leave you smiling."

TRADITIONAL MEDICINALS- Organic Roasted Dandelion Root

"Gets the juices flowing and supports healthy digestion* Non-GMO Project verified; All Ingredients Certified Organic; Kosher. Personality : resilient and tough, supportive. Herbal power : gets the juices flowing, gently stimulates the liver and supports healthy digestion. Reason to love : once you've brought dandelion into your life, you'll never look at those pesky weeds the same way again. Named the small postman in persian because of the belief that dandelion brings good news, we love how this mildly bitter, roasted root tea helps your body's natural detoxification process by helping your body break down fats during digestion and carry away waste. Taste pleasantly roasted, sweet and slightly bitter. The statements have not been evaluated by the food and drug administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease."

CELESTIAL SEASONINGS: Honey Vanilla Camomille

"Our blend of fine chamomile flavors is perfectly complemented by a soothing combination of flavors, including creamy, nutty vanilla and golden honey."

TAZO: Classic Chai

"Black tea takes a Saturday drive through an exotic marketplace. The essences of sweet cinnamon, spicy ginger and fragrant cardamom float in through the open windows while black pepper flirtatiously grabs the steering wheel - just to heat things up a bit."
